PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
We ensure product quality through modern measuring equipment and a strict quality control process.
The QA (Quality Assurance) department is responsible for final inspections before shipment. The QA room is maintained at a controlled temperature of 20 ± 1°C to ensure measurement accuracy.
Our QA department is equipped with a 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) – AXCEL from ACCRETECH, one of the leading manufacturers in Japan.
This advanced equipment provides high precision, automatic measurement capabilities, and fast measuring speed, which are superior to conventional measuring devices.
In particular, the 3D CMM system can provide accurate measurement data reports for customers, supporting standardized production processes that meet international standards.
At the same time, it enables the production department to detect and correct machining errors promptly, helping ensure product reliability and giving customers greater confidence in using our products.
